I have exhibited my work in galleries and museums nationally including the ARC Gallery, Chicago, IL; A.I.R. Gallery, New York, NY; the Glyndor Gallery at Wave Hill, Bronx, NY; Nexus Contemporary Art Center, Atlanta, GA; the Portland Art Museum, Portland, OR; the Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas, TX; Southern Exposure Gallery, San Francisco, CA; and the Center on Contemporary Art, Seattle, WA.

I have received Artist Residency Fellowships from the Helene Wurlitzer Foundation, Taos, NM (2009); the Fundacion Valparaiso, Almeria, Spain (2008); the Constance Saltonstall Foundation, Ithaca, NY (2006); the Oregon College of Art and Craft, Portland, OR (2005); and the Jentel Foundation, Banner, WY (2004), and I was a Visiting Artist at the American Academy in Rome, Italy in 2003. Also, I have been the recipient of grants from agencies including the National Endowment for the Arts, the Seattle Arts Commission, the Oregon Arts Commission, and the Portland Metropolitan Arts Commission. My work has been reviewed in national journals and newspapers including The New York Times, the Dallas Times Herald, The Oregonian, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Artweek, and High Performance.

I received my MFA from Stanford University in 1995 and I am presently an Associate Professor of Art at the College of New Rochelle, where I have taught since 1996.
